   The Unified Seyfert model well describes the characteristics of Seyfert
   2 galaxies. However it is still open question whether the model apply
   for all Seyfert 2 galaxies. We have found that the forbidden line,
   [OIII]5007 is a good indicator to find an obscured nucleus in Seyfert 2
   galaxy. We will make unbiased sample with the intensity of the [OIII]
   5007 line, and will check the characteristics of Seyfert 2 galaxy,
   systematically. Here we will propose ASCA observations of Mkn573 and
   Mkn78. Since the hard X-ray emission from these galaxies could not be
   detected by Ginga, the nuclei would be heavily obscured.
