************************************************************************* 61160 ASCA observations have revealed the nature of hard X-ray emission from Seyfert 2 galaxies which is well explained by the Unified Seyfert model. Soft X-ray emission is clearly seen as well as the hard X-ray emission. The photon indices of the soft components are widely distributed, and their luminosities do not well correlate with the hard band luminosities. This indicates that the origin of the soft X-ray emission is not simple. Our objective is to reveal the nature of the soft X-ray emission using the ASCA. We selected two nearby Seyfert 2 galaxies (cz<1500km/s). Together with spatial information obtained from the ROSAT HRI observations, this should make clear the nature of the scattering region and the evolution of AGN. *************************************************************************
