   61179
   A new, very nearby ($z=0.0123$) poor cD cluster, RXJ0419.6+0225, was
   discovered in the ROSAT All Aky Survey. It is among the brightest
   clusters in the 0.1--2.4 keV band, whose X-ray flux reaches one-forth
   of that of the Centaurus cluster. We propose a 80 ks ASCA observation
   on RXJ0419.6+0225.
