   We propose to observe a pre-merging cluster pair A3530 and A3532. The
   projected distance between A3530 and A3532 is 2.5 Mpc, and their line-
   of-sight velosity separation is ~330 km/s. We thus interpret the
   cluster pair as currently being in a pre-merging phase. In order to
   obtain meaningful statistics, we propose to observe the pair regoin for
   100 ksec total.
