   A2162 has exceptionally small X-ray luminosity comparing with its large
   cD envelope. We suggest this object is in a transition phase from
   isolated cD galaxy to cluster of galaxies. If the gravitational
   potential of cluster is getting virialized at the present, the gas
   temperature and the dark matter density should be significantly smaller
   than average rich clusters. This object give us an excellent
   opportunity to test hierarchical clustering theory.
