   The hierarchical clustering theory is one of the standard theory for
   galaxy and cluster formation. This theory predict presence of zero age
   cluster of galaxies. We selected A1913 as a candidate for zero age
   cluster. ASCA observation can discriminate zero age cluster by mass
   density of dark matter and mass ratio MFe/Mstellar.
