   We propose to observe distant clusters of galaxies with low
   temperature. Our purpuses to observe such objects are thw followings.
   One is to detrmine the abundance of Silicon and Sulfur in distant
   cluster, since there is little data of alpha element abandance in
   distant cluster. Another is to strecth the kT-Lx relation of distant
   cluster into the low temperature side, since there is also little data
   of it.
