************************************************************************* 61223 Detecting a X-ray from very distant cluster of galaxies and measuring physical quantities of very distant cluster of galaxies are one of the prime objectives for ASCA. However, only one measurement of temperature and metalicity by ASCA has been reported for clusters at z>1, that is a dark cluster reported by Hattori et al.(1997). Because of the potential importance and possibility of temperature and metalicity measurement for very distant cluster of galaxies by ASCA, we propose a deep observation of an optical spectro-scopically identified galaxy cluster candidate CFRS1415+52 at z=1 which is one of the most secure rich clusters of galaxies at z>1. *************************************************************************
