************************************************************************* 62016 HR5110 is a fundamentally important RS CVn system due to observed outbursts (3 and 7 days duration) suggestive of inter-binary flaring. ASCA will play a pivotal and essential role in a multi-wavelength observing campaign to investigate this system, the brightest RS CVn system still to be observed by ASCA. The frequency with which large outbursts have previously been observed make it likely that such an event will again be observed by ASCA. However although fortuitous, this is not essential to this program. High-resolution GIS and SIS spectra will determine the X-ray luminosities, and most importantly, coronal abundances, helping to provide constraints on temperature and density stratification of this system's coronal environment. *************************************************************************
