   We propose to observe 1E1024.0-5732/WACK 2134, which may be the first
   X-ray selected Wolf-Rayet Star or a high mass X-ray binary system
   having the shortest spin-period (61 msec). Using the unique timing and
   spectral capabilities of ASCA, we will be able to resolve the origin of
   this mysterious source.
