************************************************************************* 63020 A serendipitous source with a 2-10 keV flux of 10E-12 erg/s/cm-2 and a flat spectrum was discovered in a a BeppoSAX MECS observation of the BLLac 1ES1517+656. A cross check with optical catalogues suggests the identification with the 13.9 mag Sy2 galaxy MCG+11-19-005. The short BeppoSAX exposure time (11 ks) and the off-axis position (14') prevents a detailed spectral analysis. The source is not detected in a 5 ks pointed PSPC exposure of the field thus suggesting an hard spectrum or a strong low energy cutoff. We propose a 60 ks observation of this source with ASCA to confirm the low energy cutoff, measure accurately the implied column and search for iron line emission. By optimizing the pointing an observation of the BLLac 1ES1517+656 can also be obtained as a bonus. *************************************************************************
