   We expect to obtain both calibration and scientific information from
   this observation of the low-mass X-ray binary EXO 0748-676.
   Calibration goals include the investigation of dead-time and photon
   pile-up effects and a simultaneous ROSAT observation with which to
   cross-calibrate Asuka response. Scientific objectives include the
   investigation of the possible triple nature of this system, a search
   for line emission and continuum absorption features, and detailed
   spectral modeling of eclipse, dipping, burst and quiescent spectra. To
   maximize the science return it is is desirable to observe as many
   eclipses as possible.
