   Up to now, three radio quiet neutron stars in SNRs are known. Their
   origin and even their physical parameters such as rotation period,
   magnetic field strength and kick velocity are not known. Of the three
   such quiet neutron stars, 1E1207.4-5209 at near the center of SNR
   G296.5+10.0 is proposed to observe, so that the unknown parameters of
   the neutron star are determined. This observation should provide a new
   aspect on the theory of the neutron star formation. Regarding this
   importance, we propose 80ksec observation based on a careful discussion
   on feasibility.
