************************************************************************* 71031 Although many theories of close binary system predict the existence of early-type main sequence stars (Be) with a white dwarf companion, the system is not yet discovered, except Gamma Cas. ROSAT surveyed OB and OBe stars aimed at finding Be + white-dwarf system, but any evidence was not found. This was because the ROSAT band could not distinguish the coronal X-rays of OB stars from the companion. ROSAT also did not cover the 6.7 keV Fe line necessary to probe 10keV thin thermal plasma. Thanks to the ASCA's wide energy band up to 10 keV, accreting white- dwarf is detectable. We have observed only one candidate system, Gamma Cas. To firmly prove the existence of a Be + white dwarf system, we propose to observe another example. *************************************************************************
