   Recent HST observation of quasar host galaxies revealed variety of host
   galaxy type of quasars. We pick up two quasars PG0052+251(z=0.155) and
   PG1012+008(z=0.185) from 20 quasars studied by Bahcall et al., of which
   host were found to be a (edge on) spiral and an interacting galaxy with
   HST. We expect to detect significant absorption due to the quasar host
   galaxies with ASCA observation. ASCA observation of distant quasars
   revealed significant absorption is found in the X-ray spectra. Though
   its origin has not yet been clear, our observation will provide
   estimate of the absorption due to host galaxy with this proposal.
