   ASCA observation of BL Lacertae is proposed. The source is known as the
   archetype of the BL Lac objects, and exhibiting the intra- day
   variability in the optical and X-ray bands. We propose a three day
   optical-X-ray simultaneous observation, to investigate expected
   inhomogeneous emission region producing the rapid variability.
