   The observation of ROSAT-detected BAL QSO LBQS2212-1759 is proposed.
   BAL QSOs give us a important clue to understand the physical condition
   of the central one light-day region of AGN, the evolution and the
   interaction between AGN and host galaxies. X-ray observation of BAL QSO
   to measure the power of the continuum emission and the total absorbing
   column density is essential but yet has not been done with the
   satisfactory sensitivity. ASCA spectrum of LBQS2212-1759 with more
   10000 photons would be a pioneer study of BAL QSOs.
