************************************************************************* 71124 So far RIKEN group has promoted the observations of the high z radio loud/quiet QSO (RLQ/RQQ). Thus we have found that the RLQs showed an evolution effect of intrinsic absorption gas, while RQQs have not shown the evolution effect. The spectral index of RLQs does not depends on the redshift, and only two targets have been detected for z > 4 by ASCA. Both do not show the excess absorption which is common to the high z RLQs and have some property of BL Lac objects. Only two samples are too small to mention a general property. Recently ROSAT has found another z > 4 bright RLQ, RX J1028.6-0844 which has abnormal flat spectrum (photon index = - 0.7 in ROSAT band). It is just a role of ASCA to observe this peculiar z = 4.3 RLQ in order to understand the evolution of AGN. *************************************************************************
