************************************************************************* 71139 Steller black hole candidates (SBHC) shows two distinctive states depending on the X-ray flux; High state and Low state. The latter state is characterized with a hard power low spectrum and rapid variavility. AGN is believed to be a system with a super massive black hole. Its X- ray spectrum and variability resembles the SBHC in its low state. Nevertheless, a new class of AGNs showing extremely soft spectrum ( resembleing SBHC high state) has been found. Most of them are classified as narrow line Seyfert 1 type. So far, however, no transition was observed for a particular AGNs between low to hard state. In this proposal, we try to catch it by observing 6 NLS1s which was previously observed with ASCA and showed sfot spectrum.
