   We would like to propose new diagnosis with Fe K alpha line for
   identification of young poor clusters formed with major merging
   process. This method can filter only forming poor clusters. In order to
   confirm this diagnosis, we propose the observation of two WAT clusters
   A1569 and A562 with ASCA. These clusters were selected as the
   candidates of the merging poor clusters, which are the members of
   superclusters. With this observation, we can also study the
   hierarchical formation of galaxy clusters in superclusters.
