   71160
   We propose to study the formation process of a unique system
   RXJ1340.6+4018 called 'fossil garaxy group'. This diffuse (~500 kpc),
   hot (kT~0.9keV) emission at z=0.171 is extremely gas and rich system
   and cannot be classified neither as a group of galaxies nor as an
   elliptical galaxy with a large halo. ASCA measurement of its metal
   abundance will give us an important clue to study the formation process
   of this system.
