************************************************************************* 71172 For distant clusters, Fe-K lines including the K-beta lines are shifted below 7keV and observed with better efficiency than those of nearby clusters. For A1413, from detailed line analysis, it was found that the ratio of K alpha to K beta seemed to be smaller than the model prediction based on a collisional ionization equilibrium(CIE) assumption. This anomaly seems to be seen in the outer region of cluster, though it is marginal because of statistical error. The breakdown of the CIE should lead to the change of the concentricity of the dark matter derived with the CIE. We propose the re-observation of A1413 and make sense of anomaly with good statistics. This lead the test of the collisional ionization equilibrium assumption of ICM. *************************************************************************
