************************************************************************* 81711 Spectral variations during X-ray flares in Seyfert galaxies provide crucial information about the emission region and the cause of the time variations. To detect many flares and obtain these information, we propose long-look observation of Seyfert galaxies NGC 5506 and NGC 7314, which exhibits rapid time variations and a broad iron line profile in the energy spectrum. We will compare observed time variations of continuum spectra and iron-line profiles with variations expected from some theoretical models explaining the cause of the time variations in order to know the cause of the variation. Especially, to comfirm spectral hardening during the flare would be a key to solove the problem. *************************************************************************
