   Excess Hard X-ray emission has been detected fron several groups of
   galaxies. If it is inverse compton scattering via CMB photons by
   relativistic electrons, it is interesting for particle acceleration in
   clusters of galaxies. If it is nonthermal bremsstrahlung, it is
   possible that nonthermal energy density is comparable to thermal energy
   density. Anyway, it is quite important. With the data previously
   obtained by ASCA, we cannot investigate spatial distribution of hard X-
   ray, which is very useful to constrain the emission mechanism. To
   obtain more photon statistics, we propose to observe the hard X-ray
   brightest group of galaxy HCG62 with 300ksec.
