************************************************************************* 82124 Spectral features such as ionized absorber edges and Fe K lines have been essential tools for studying Seyfert nuclei, but they have not been examined in nearly the same detail in luminous QSOs. In addition, the variability of such features, including the response to continuum changes, has not been explored in QSOs. This leaves a gap in the understanding of luminous sources which can be uniquely filled by the ASCA Long Observation program. Two X-ray bright QSOs, IRAS 13349+2438 and PG 1114+445, known to exhibit both warm absorber edges and Fe K features are proposed for 500 ks each to examine feauture variability and obtain the highest signal-to-noise spectra yet taken of luminous AGN. *************************************************************************
