************************************************************************* 82125 Iron K-alpha lines are our most direct probe of the black hole and accretion disk at the heart of AGN. So far, good profiles have been obtained only for the nearest Seyfert galaxies. We propose a 3 week observation of the bright quasar PG 0804+761, to obtain the first high SNR profile of a quasar. We thereby hope to understand the origin of the apparent changes in line profile with luminosity. We will simultaneously obtain the first high quality power spectrum of a quasar, seek to verify the existence of a warm absorber, and examine the time variability of the various spectral components. *************************************************************************
