   II bursts.When it is active, 100 c/s at the burst peaks, and 10 c/s
   for persistentcomponents. Rise time is a few sec, and duration is tens
   to hundreds of sec.For better time resolved spectrum, fast mode is
   applied to S1 in 50% time.
