Abstract
This is a data extraction from w603a. A 4 hour segement with three GRTs and one tracking pass were extracted from the full data set for fringe-fitting. Many of the files contain the full GOT data, as this the full GOT was fringefit for amp scale checks (and as it was not initially clear which was the best time range to extract). HO failed throughout (possibly due to crossed pols), and MP probably wind-stowed for almost three hours, leading to selection of 17UT to 21UT for the survey obs.

A three circular-gaussian modelfit provides a decent fit on all but the shortest HALCA baselines. The best-fit core is 0.63 Jy component with a size of 0.35 mas. The error on the core size is estimated to be less than +/- 0.05, as cores of that size provide noticeably worse fits on the longest HALCA baselines.

Comments on Difmap processing
HALCA weight set to 20 with vs_whalca. Gscale not used as too much data would have been flagged. Imaging of calibrators indicates no serious errors in gain cal for GRTs. Three component circ. gaussian model doesn't match shorter-baseline HALCA data brilliantly, but a better fit could not be found.
