(Mitaka/Penticton/Socorro)} : Penticton {AIPS Version used (e.g 15OCT98)} : 15OCT98 {Difmap Version used (e.g 2.3c)} : 2.3c {Was vsop_difmap used? (yes/no)} : yes {Abstract. Write a brief summary of the data reduction and its outcomes} : This was scheduled as a 4 GRTs experiment. But Ceduna didn't observe and, Mop observed but data deemed to be no good at site and was not shipped. As a results, only 2 GRTs available. No fringes were detected to Halca during both TZ and GZ passes, consistent with the DQA report. So, only on 1 ground baseline (HartRAO -- Hobart) was survey source (J1556-79) detected. The source had a correlated flux density on a 9,000km baseline of $\sim$0.1Jy during the early 2.5 hrs until 01/00:40 when it increased to $\sim$0.5Jy at 01/02:00 and then decreased again. Very interesting but difficult to understand. AT light-curve shows no variation. I append uvplot, radplot and vplot below. A re-scheduling is strongly recommended for this southern radio source! For the calibrator 1921-293, it has a correlated flux density of 3 Jy on the ground baseline of 9,000km. #--------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Section 2 : Pre-AIPS Checklist #--------------------------------------------------------------------------- {PI letter retrieved (yes/no)} : yes {Data quality reports and plots retrieved?
