(Mitaka/Penticton/Socorro)} : Penticton {AIPS Version used (e.g 15OCT98)} : 15OCT99 {Difmap Version used (e.g 2.3c)} : 2.3c {Was vsop_difmap used? (yes/no)} : yes {Abstract. Write a brief summary of the data reduction and its outcomes} : 1. AR available for 2 hrs. NT only for 1.5 hrs. 2. Strong fringes even for space baselines. Used 5-min solutions in FRING and 2-min solutions for phase CALIB. 3. Total flux=1.2 Jy but complicated structure found by VLBA. 4. Obtained gain factor for ground telescopes using consistency at 150 Mlambda and betweeen space baselines. Assumed 1413+135 correlated flux is 0.6 Jy at this resolution. 5. Gainfactor of AR = 6; NT = 20 and assumed VSOP = 120. 6. Selfcaled in AIPS, giving J1357_AIPS.FITS 7. Modelfit suggests source is aligned in pa 160, which agrees with VLBApls. Needed three components to fit, two doesn't seem to do it. But could not selfcal. Core, whereever it is, seems resolved. #--------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Section 2 : Pre-AIPS Checklist #--------------------------------------------------------------------------- {PI letter retrieved (yes/no)} : no {Data quality reports and plots retrieved?
