Summary

Observation code : VS06U    AIPS Version : 31DEC03
Date of Observation : 1999/145    Difmap Version : 2.3c
Source Name : J1257-3155    vsop_difmap used : Yes
Calibration Source(s) : 1253-055
Ground telescopes : Hh Sh Ho  Model Fitted to data : Yes
Tracking Station(s) : (UZ) Rz    Image made : Yes
Correlator : Mitaka

Abstract
Fringes to VSOP_RZ, but not VSOP_UZ.

Original data set had 64 channels, and failed to match the PLS. The recorrelation with 128 channels produced the same answer. Therefore we could question whether the PLS or the data was correct.

Comments on Difmap processing
The LBA UNSO image shows a point source. The extended features have faded.

All components are part of the core, which is extended in the SW direction (opposite to the PLS direction).

Image and Model agree. However vs06u by Horiuchi-san and this do NOT agree. If I apply his very large corrections to all antennae I can reproduce his result (and the PLS), but I don't feel that is justifiable.
