Abstract
Experiment correlated in Dec-1998, so requires the x 0.906 correction with CLCOR. Experiment also requires a sqrt(2) correction due to correlation coefficient scaling factor error. So total required correction is 0.906 x sqrt(sqrt(2)) = 1.0774

PI Letter says: "Fringes were detected everywhere except with the HH telescope. Jonathan Quick advised that HH be abandoned due to wrong sampling. We attempted correlating with quantization = 2 but still found no finges.". As a result, no attempt was made to find fringes to Hart

Large amplitude correction required for IF2 at Noto. Improves things but not entirely

Comments on Difmap processing
On 0119+115, amplitudes on the NRAO140-Noto baseline are different in the two IF's IF1 flux ~0.7 Jy, IF2 flux ~0.43 Jy.

Looking at J0149 data suggests Noto has very different responses in its two IFs. Applying a scale factor of 0.7/0.43 in AIPS with CLCOR brings fluxes on Noto-NRAO140 togther and fluxes on the Noto-AR baseline are similar but the AR-NRao140 fluxes differ by a factor of 0.23/0.295 = 1.28.
