Abstract
Hobart data deleted. Space fringes found to all ground antennas. FRING run with increased delay window to account for VSOP "clock" jump. Good dataset.

Comments on Difmap processing
I deleted Hobart data since it seemed to be affected by some serious problem. The model generated with difmap consists of 2 components, aligned in the same direction as in the map from the pre-launch survey.
