Though the X-ray intensity in a Low Hard state is very faint, $sim$10$^{33}$ erg/s we can obtain the energy spectrum of 10-100keV for the first time using Suzaku 50ksec observation because it is the nearest LMXB. If we know the extension of hard-tail in low luminosity state, we can understand the physical state of electron in the accretion disk and/or compact object.
