To estimate the mass of a Supermassive Black Hole (SMBH), a high-potential method is to measure the velocity dispersion of neutral iron fluorescence. Although the X-ray spectra of the Seyfert 2 galaxies exhibit neutral iron fluorescence, the origin of neutral iron fluorescence remains unclear for 30 years after its discovery. One of the best targets is Seyfert 2 galaxy, Mrk 0003. This is because Mrk 0003 had the highest flux of neutral iron fluorescence after the performance verification targets. This observation will enable us to understand the origin of neutral iron fluorescence and investigate the relationship between the origin and X-ray luminosity.
