In December 2024 for the first time a 2% linear polarization (in VLA X-band radio) was detected (priv comm.), revealing a real-time magnetic field alignment at the core of the AGN as the jet/UFO forms and evolves. Here we propose to observe the source with XRISM for a 200 ks snapshot to detect and characterize the emerging Fe K emission line and the UFOs in the 7-9 keV energy band. An affirmative detection of UFOs with XRISM will be the first ever `direct' (real-time) evidence of involvement of magnetic fields in the launching of UFOs. NON-JET-DOMINATED AGN 2 A SIBASISH LAHA USA 2 NOR AN ONGOING MAGNETIC FIELD ALIGNMENT CONTEMPORANEOUS WITH A JET/UFO LAUNCH IN THE POST-CHANGING-LOOK AGN 1ES~1927+654. processed https://data.darts.isas.jaxa.jp/pub/xrism/data/obs/rev3/2/202009010/ WINDOW1 1 Observation Log: No remarks ; Pre-pipeline Log: No remarks
