However, their coronal dynamics remain poorly understood, limiting our ability to model their impact on planets. We propose a 200 ks XRISM observation of the young Sun-like star AB Doradus. We expect to detect at least five superflares with a 97% probability. Our goal is to detect Doppler blueshift components mainly from the Fe line profile above 6.7 keV, the most promising diagnostic of coronal dynamics. This will reveal the properties/origins of flare-driven outflows and test whether they align with solar physics. The results will advance models of early Sun's activity and constrain key plasma/radiation parameters for early planets.
