XRISM observations of H1821+643 underlying a quasar in Cycle 1 discovered a high-level turbulent motion of ~300km/s in its cool core. This discovery may indicate that quasar-mode feedback provides sufficient energy to drive turbulent motions of the ICM owing to its strong radiation power including ultra fast outflows (UFOs). This new hypothesis may be the first indication of resolving the cooling-flow problem with XRISM. Observing this target with XRISM is crucial for investigating this new hypothesis, i.e., not only measuring the turbulent motions but also exploring the presence of UFOs. This observation will establish a new face of quasar-mode feedback.
