Data from Resolve showed various absorption lines and their temporal fluctuation during the observation. The MAXI light curve and hardness ratio indicate that the outburst is still ongoing, the source is getting brighter in the soft band (2--4 keV), and it has shifted to a softer spectral state. XRISM may acquire GS 1354-645 in a disk-dominated state. Changes in gas ionization, column density, and magnetic field arrangement may augment or make disk winds apparent in spectrally soft states. Distinguishing these possibilities would reveal the physical origin of disk winds in X-ray binaries and the mass outflow budget during an outburst. A further XRISM observation of GS 1354-645 in the soft state is necessary to address this issue.
