This is tightly related to the formation of the relativistic jets from black holes. The key to solving it is fast accretion disk winds, so-called ultra-fast outflows (UFOs). Observational facts indicate that the UFO is launched from the vicinity of the black hole. Thus, the UFO is the best probe for the innermost region of radio-loud AGN. To tackle the radio-quiet/loud dichotomy with the UFOs, we propose a 200 ks observation of 3C 111, which most probably harbors the UFO. With high resolution of Resolve, we will detect the UFO at 6 sigma level. Resolve will also allow us to estimate the kinetic power of the UFO and magnetization of the disk and UFO.
