Our goals are to understand the evolutionary process of the over-ionized plasma, and to clarify the forming mechanism of an associated magnetar. Combining with the XRISM observation with the Reflection Grating Spectrometer on board XMM Newton, we will be able to perform unique plasma diagnostics using Fe K and L shell lines, and to establish the first robust constraint on the initial electron temperature of this peculiar over-ionized plasma. In addition to these line diagnostics, measurements of the line-of-sight expansion structure and proton cyclotron absorption features will provide insights into the explosion mechanism and nature of the progenitor of N49.
