Recent observations with NuSTAR indicate it is a black hole (BH) transient in a soft state. In the central parsec region near Sgr A*, known BH transients may exhibit outbursts with a several-decades recurrent time, with the last occurrence being in 2016. This suggests that MAXI J1744-294 may not erupt again for decades, potentially making it the only BH outburst in the Galactic Center during the XRISM operation. Given the rarity of such events, we propose a joint XRISM observation alongside scheduled ones with NuSTAR, XMM, and Chandra to capitalize on this unique opportunity to study the transient.
