However, its formation mechanism is still unclear. Therefore, we propose a 160 ksec XRISM observation on a changing-state AGN NGC 3516, in which a BLR is likely being formed by an outflow in addition to an inflow. With Resolve, we can decompose Fe-K lines from a BLR and a torus, and compare the flux and profile of the BLR line to those in our prior study (Noda+23). We also aim to detect weak Fe XXV/XXVI absorption lines by the outflow. Xtend enables us to identify a soft X-ray continuum that produces the outflow via radiation pressure. By these, we constrain the contributions of inflow and outflow to the BLR formation for the first time.
