This source can address more of the key science questions identified by the Extragalactic Compact Objects team than any other. Flagship observations of NGC 4151 will accomplish boundary-shifting science that will shape how the AGN community uses XRISM. First, flagship observations of NGC 4151 can clearly demonstrate and leverage reverberation mapping using the narrow Fe K emission line. This represents a new means of measuring black hole mass and the geometry of the inner and intermediate accretion flow. Second, in NGC 4151 the duty cycle of UFOs can be measured. It is the duty cycle that determines whether these flows can supply the feedback needed to shape host galaxies.
