After MAXI spotted this source getting brighter in December 2025, a NuSTAR DDT observation was conducted, suggesting that the source is in an intermediate state with an absorption line at a strange energy of about 6.91 keV. This presents a unique opportunity for XRISM to assess the disc winds in a bright intermediate or soft state, investigate the highly redshifted and highly ionised lines in an XRB and a potentially rare accretion configuration with both disc winds and relativistic reflection, as well as get a high-resolution view of a BH with a very low recurrence rate.
