Note[1]: Trigger data are based on GRB data with 1/64 or 1/32 sec time resolution,
while un-trigger data are on TRN data with 1-sec resolution.
The deadtime is not corrected for the data, which is significant for bright events such as strong solar flares.
Note[2]: Some GRB data are removed due to the software bug of the time assignment.
Note[3]: The data taken during Jan. 1, 2009 to Apr. 23, 2009 has an incorrect time,
so please add just 1 second for getting a correct time.
