The original observation data, QL images, and analysis information that had been accumulated at ISAS since the start of the Soft X-ray telescope (SXT) observation onboad Yohko satellite.
This dataset contains following products.

Daily SXT full-frame images (FFIs) (from 1991 Sep. to 2001 Dec.)

These images can be viewed using the DARTS Solar Daily Images tool.

Weekly Movies (from 1991 Sep. to 2001 Dec.)

Thise movies were created using approximately 7 days worth of SXT full-frame images (FFIs).

Daily SXT full-frame images (FFIs) with the carrington rotation number (from 1991 Nov. to 2001 Dec.)

These are daily SXT full-frame images (FFIs) obtained with the “Dagwood Sandwich” (Al/Mg/Mn) analysis filter.
The FFI pixel size is 4.9" or 9.8". Each image is a composite of long and short exposures and displayed with the standard SXT logarithmic compression. Image alignment was done so as to place the solar disk center to the center of the image. Satellite roll angles were corrected. The database extends between November 10, 1991 and December 14, 2001.

Synoptic Images Every Carrington Number for Thin Al/Mg/Mn Filter (from No.1848 to No.1984)

These synoptic charts were made from SXT full-frame images (FFIs).
Each synoptic chart consists of central-meridian strips from 27 FFIs, at one image per day.
The SXT analysis filter is the “Dagwood Sandwich” filter (Al/Mg/Mn).
The FFI pixel sizes are 4.9" or 9.8", and each FFI is the composite of a long and short exposure.
The resulting composite images are displayed with the standard SXT logarithmic compression.
The database extends between Carrington rotation numbers 1848 and 1984 (during the middle of October, 1991 and the middle of December, 2001).
