This correlation seems to be the most pronounced in the western direction where the temperature drops from about 10keV in the annulus spanning 35'-41' to only 1.7keV in the annulus spanning 50'-60'. The Planck Collaboration found a marked local steepening of the radial gradient of the SZ signal at this location and interpret this feature as a shock with a Mach number of about 2. Unfortunately, we currently lack X-ray coverage towards the W in this critical range of 41'-50'. We therefore propose two additional pointings with a total exposure time of 30ks, that will allow us to resolve the temperature gradient in this region.
