The distance to the HVCs can be anywhere between 1kpc and 1Mpc. ROSAT detected X-ray nebula at the edge of the Draco HVC 90.5+42.5-130, suggesting that the HVC is encountering the galactic disk and its kinetic energy is transferred into heat of the X-ray nebula. But it is still debatable due to the poor spectral information. With Suzaku, we determine the physical state the nebula, exam whether it is associated with the HVC and investigate the origin.
