A decomposition of the spectrum of the Galactic halo by Kuntz & Snowden showed that, to within the uncertainties of the ROSAT All-Sky Survey, the halo emission was composed of two thermal components; a uniform hot component with kT~0.25 keV, and a very patchy soft component with kT~0.1 keV. The soft component is found in only a few isolated regions of the sky, of which the Draco Enhancement is the brightest. This emission is too soft to be studied with XMM. Suzaku will allow us to determine the temperature of the soft component or place very strict upper limits on its temperature. GALACTIC DIFFUSE EMISSION 5 C K.
